Instructions for the Final paper submission
1. Publication of Accepted Papers
- To ensure the inclusion of an accepted paper in the IEEE ICECS 2026 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one of the paper’s authors must be appropriately registered as an Author for the conference.
- All papers accepted and presented at IEEE ICECS 2026 will be featured in IEEE Xplore®. However, papers that are accepted but not presented will not be incorporated into IEEE Xplore®, in accordance with the IEEE No-Show Policy.
2. Preparing the Camera-Ready Format
To ensure compliance with submission guidelines, a camera-ready paper must incorporate the specified copyright notice into the footer of its initial page. The copyright notice varies based on the authors’ affiliations:
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright
notice is: U.S. Government work notprotected by U.S. copyright - For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3195-1905-4/26/$31.00 ©2026 Crown
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3195-1905-4/26/$31.00©2026 European Union
- For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3195-1905-4/26/$31.00 ©2026 IEEE
Additionally, on each page place as a header (in the middle) the:
2026 IEEE 33rd International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (ICECS)
3. Generating IEEE Xplore®-Ready PDFs
All manuscripts must be uploaded to the IEEE PDF eXpress® website to ensure the creation of a PDF file compatible with IEEE Xplore®. Please verify and transform your final camera-ready document into an IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF using the IEEE PDF eXpress® platform. The IEEE ICECS 2026 Conference ID for this site is 70165X.
Better upload the source files of your camera-ready paper for conversion (e.g. DOC, DOCX, TEX and so on). Alternatively, you can also just check the compliance of your generated PDF file.
IMPORTANT: Ensure that all modifications to the final camera-ready document, such as headers, page numbers, copyright notices, watermarks, etc., are made prior to the validation and conversion process. Making changes after validation and conversion on the IEEE PDF eXpress® site may compromise IEEE Xplore® compatibility.
4. Submission to EasyChair
The final IEEE PDF eXpress®-compliant file must be uploaded to the EasyChair Platform
The deadline for uploading the final version of the papers is: September 14, 2026.
Important notice
- IEEE requires all authors, whom intend on publishing in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, to provide a transfer of copyright. IEEE will not permit publication of conference papers unless copyright transfer has been completed. Τhere will be relevant instructions.
- IEEE policy requires that all accepted papers must be checked for plagiarism. The organizing committee will conduct this verification through the IEEE CrossCheck Portal after receiving the uploaded camera-ready versions. Authors will be notified if their paper fails this check.
- Each accepted paper must be supported by at least one author registration. If the same author is presenting a second accepted paper, the second paper can be registered at a reduced fee. Final manuscripts may be up to 4 pages in length. Additional pages will incur an extra charge. Registration details are available at: https://www.icecs2026.gr/register/
