How to register
For all authors (and demo presenters): Includes welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, proceedings, gala event, tutorials, YP/WICAS Event. Each registration covers only one paper. One additional paper can be submitted for 350 €.
An author registration can also cover as extra, one Demo presentation.
For non authors: Includes welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, proceedings, tutorials, gala event, YP/WEICAS Event. Cannot be used to cover the registrat ion of papers.
For Tutorials only registration: Includes only access to tutorials,(November 8th). Cannot be used to cover the registration of papers. For students, attending the tutorials is free of charge.
ICECS 2026 Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy
The cancellation and refund policy for the ICECS 2026 Conference is outlined below:
- Conference registrations canceled on or before October 8th, 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
- Conference registrations canceled from October 9th through May 20th, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Conference registrations canceled on or after October 21st, 2026 are non-refundable.
- Registration fees may be transferred to another individual upon written notification to the Conference Secretariat.
- In cases where a registrant must cancel participation due to force majeure, a full refund of the registration fee will be granted.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at info@nbesevents.gr
