• You must use the official ICECS 2026 conference template where the link below points the authors to the standard IEEE double-column format
• Your paper must not exceed 4 pages, including references.
• Submissions must be in English

Important Deadlines

• Special Sessions Proposal Deadline:  April 16, 2026
• Paper Submission Deadline: May 25 2026  June 8, 2026
• Tutorials Proposal Deadline:  July 7, 2026

Author Registration Policy

An accepted paper will be published in the conference proceedings on IEEE Xplore only if the following condition is met:

• The paper must be in accordance with the IEEE template and rules.
• The full fee registration payment for one of the paper’s authors is received and correctly processed by September 15, 2026
• The paper be presented by one author
• Not meeting the above requirement results in the paper to be flagged as “no show” and removed from publishing in the conference proceedings on IEEE Xplore.
